It's the intent of that spell, to cripple or disable an opponent suddenly. I favor it for the fact that it travels through an etheric channel, and thus can't be normally dodged.

...I can see how that would be useful. Normally my genjutsu is enough to disable an opponent, but all three of you seemed to have strong defenses against such techniques.
