And I was right, the Shepherd said the clue was wrong.

That doesn't really mean anything, with the clue and all. Kodachi has a brother, Da has a sister, you have a "twin" -- if it comes up, we can just say there were probably too many readings for it to be a good clue, and you weren't the shepherd's intended reading. It was too vague.

Yeah, I guess you're right.

It just looks bad, but ... if anyone asks, just say it was probably too vague, and the shepherd didn't realize the thing with you and Roxas. And it could've cleared too many people.

Worst case scenario, if it gets bad later on, we can try to spin it in our favor.
