Wolf Meeting Grounds for Game 5

My pets you may gather here and speak without fear of being seen.

[identity profile] redrisngphoenix.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 01:44 am (UTC)(link)
AS I WAS SAYING.

I'd like to secure Lady Huang as a safe with a clue. If I get there soon enough, I can secure a nice position for myself for the rest of the game.

Objections? I don't intend to kill her off, if that's what you think.

[identity profile] number1idol.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:08 am (UTC)(link)
No objections here, although I'm curious about your specific reasoning in choosing her--I think she used the "wolf declares a sheep safe right off the bat" trick herself during the last game she was in, so--she might be looking out for it.

[identity profile] redrisngphoenix.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:10 am (UTC)(link)
Good point.

This is risky, in any case, but if it pays off, it pays off big.

And she wanted to use that trick, but didn't. I wonder....

I'm going to wait until a few people have posted. I don't want to be the first one up there.

[identity profile] number1idol.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:20 am (UTC)(link)
I thought she declared Evangeline safe even though she was a wolf and Eva was a sheep--so she did use the trick. Didn't do her a lot of good, either.

Good plan. It's a bigger game, so people can't be sure of how many clues the sheep are going to get.

[identity profile] redrisngphoenix.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:24 am (UTC)(link)
Ha ha! Lookit that! Another clue for Lady Huang!

I wonder if I swear enough if I can throw suspicion off of me.

Either way, I'm having fun jerking her chain.

[identity profile] number1idol.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:28 am (UTC)(link)
Eh, just don't fun yourself out of the game . . .

[identity profile] redrisngphoenix.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:31 am (UTC)(link)
Ehh, if I go, I go.

Just don't associate yourself with me, since we really don't know each other all that much, except for that one game - and then we barely interacted.

There's no way. She just unlocked a post to me.

Bet she's hoping I'll slip up.

[identity profile] number1idol.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:36 am (UTC)(link)
Yea, I gotcha. . . . And she must be. Did she say whether Winry's in on the lock too? Be careful.

[identity profile] redrisngphoenix.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:43 am (UTC)(link)
Not saying too much, but hoping to insinuate that I was unaware of her and Raito's relationship.

And also informing her that there's not much going on in the thread just yet. Because... well... there's not.

[identity profile] not-homicidal.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:15 am (UTC)(link)
I have no particular objection, given that she'll probably target me immediately.

[identity profile] number1idol.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:18 am (UTC)(link)
She's not the only one, geez. Look at that. I know Mello told me to stay away from you because you were a serial killer but it's still a bit much.

[identity profile] not-homicidal.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:23 am (UTC)(link)
Wolfram isn't too happy about me flirting with nominating him for a few things.

Oh, and calling him short.

[identity profile] number1idol.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:27 am (UTC)(link)
Ash too! . . . I'd say nobody really cares what Ash says, but the kid WON the last game. That's just sad.

[identity profile] redrisngphoenix.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:32 am (UTC)(link)
Is what Chisame's strike-out says true?

[identity profile] number1idol.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:37 am (UTC)(link)
Dude, if you're referencing a strike-out, it totally also has to be in strike-outs.

[identity profile] not-homicidal.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:38 am (UTC)(link)
It's needless suspicion from a paranoid child.

[identity profile] redrisngphoenix.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:45 am (UTC)(link)
I was asking, because I had done some reading.

Aren't the hardest serial killers to find the ones who have no pattern to their killings? If that isn't a paradox, I mean.

I was thinking we should adopt that as our killing strategy - random killings. No rhyme, no reason, harder to track, right?

[identity profile] number1idol.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:46 am (UTC)(link)
Close our eyes and point, kind of thing?

[identity profile] not-homicidal.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:53 am (UTC)(link)
Criminal investigation is my hobby.

I suggest making targets out of those that are accusing other campers, one each time, and then picking the others at random.

[identity profile] redrisngphoenix.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 02:58 am (UTC)(link)
But isn't that a little blatent? For instance, if I accused Ari, and then I died, it would cast suspicion on Ari, but... that's the sort of thing everyone expects automatically, so it never seems to work.

I'd rather kill random targets - or suspicious targets to throw the sheep off. Or even innocents - Alphonse Elric would make a good first victim.

[identity profile] not-homicidal.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 03:07 am (UTC)(link)
The obvious can be the least expected. Any strategy is a double-edged sword and what you're suggesting is deliberately random choices, which may be even worse since your "random" strategy sounds like it's picking out the more oblivious campers that can be more easily swayed than others.

You'll also be interested to know that Lady Huang has opened the post between the two of you to Winry and me. We've been instructed not to reply.

There's got to be a catch. There's no way she'd just go for you with no proof.

She must be biding her time with me, then.

Hey, don't say stuff like that about--

Right, right, teamwork! That thing I'm really good at! Eheh.

[identity profile] im-impulse.livejournal.com 2005-10-03 06:28 am (UTC)(link)
Don't worry Chisame, I'm really good at teamwork! We'll defeat those mean wolves an-

Oh wait, I forgot. We're the bad guys. *sulk* Okay, I'm clueless too.
